3 Types of Sensitivity

0.02µg / 100 cm2 = High Sensitivity 0 Tolerance test

The most sensitive meth test kit available in the market.  This can detect any small amount of Methamphetamine residue on any surface. Use for 1st initial screening. This is good if you suspect the home owner is trying to cover up any Methamphetamine contamination in any house or car.  Highly recommended if you do not want any trace of Meth.  (This is way below the recommended NZ 8510 Guideline.) If positive, it’s recommended to test with less sensitive .5 or 1.5µg/100cm2 to measure the Meth residue.

0.5µg / 100 cm2 = Mid – Range Sensitivity

Next level tests if (.02µg/100cm2) High Sensitivity tested positive. Use for initial screening for property previously been contaminated & decontaminated. Recommended for 3 monthly check-ups.

1.5µg / 100 cm2 = (NZS 8510) 2017 Current

Next level test If (.02µg/100cm2) High Sensitivity & (.5µg/100cm2) Mid-Range sensitivity tested positive.  This type of test is designed to assess where the contamination is within the property & process of elimination to identify which areas will require laboratory test to confirm the level of methamphetamine residue reading.  You will save money not having to perform a laboratory test each area tested negative.
